Description From Owner:
- The place was first called Jonathan Creek for Jonathan Berry who settled there in 1812, but had been in the Moncton area since 1788.
- The post office was Berry Mills Station when it opened in 1885 but in 1950 became Berry Mills named after Jonathan 's son Tingley who operated mills there until his death in 1909.
