  • New Brunswick's first national park was established in 1947 and covers 207 sq kms. The area, which contains 20 waterfalls, was not settled until 1825.
  • The park includes three campgrounds, a heated saltwater swimming pool and an extensive network of hiking trails which include the 60-km Dobson Trail and 41 -km Fundy Footpath,
  • both leading from the park to the towns of Riverview and St. Martins, respectively.
