- Seven Days Work Nature Preserve : The name is descriptive of seven contrasting layers of basaltic rock and refers to the creation story found in the Book of Genesis.
- The Bishop: A rock at Northern Head, Grand Manan L, shaped like a robed and mitred figure seated in a chair. In Passamaquoddy the name was Mussilabakek from the French monsieur l'évêque, indicating it had been named by the French.
- Earlier the Passamaquoddy had called the place Boodebayooheegen, 'death trap of whales.'
